Return Policy – Tomprofi.pl
Customers have the right to return a purchased product within 30 days from the purchase date, provided that the item:
- is unopened,
- is unused and undamaged,
- remains in its original packaging,
- shows no signs of use.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of the date of purchase, without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day the goods are received.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer.
The refund will be issued no later than 7 days after the Seller receives notification of the withdrawal and the returned product—provided the product is unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Please contact us in advance regarding any complaints. If the error lies with the Seller, we will cover the shipping costs for the defective product.

Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.
