TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TOMPROFI.PL

§1 General Provisions

  1. TOMPROFI.PL is an online store selling products through the Internet.
  2. Orders may be placed by individuals, legal entities, and organizations with legal capacity.
  3. By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

§2 Orders

  1. Orders are placed through the website.
  2. After placing an order, the Customer receives an electronic confirmation.
  3. The sales agreement is concluded upon confirmation of acceptance of the order.

§3 Prices and Payments

  1. All prices displayed in the store are shown in PLN and include applicable VAT where required by law.
  2. Available payment methods are presented during checkout.
  3. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices without affecting orders already placed.

§4 Delivery

  1. Delivery is carried out within Poland and to selected EU countries. 
  2. We ship products within one to two days of receiving payment.
  3. Shipment of certain products, including liquid collagens, may be delayed due to unfavorable outdoor temperatures (below -10°C or above 30°C).
  4. Delivery costs are displayed during checkout.
  5. Delivery time depends on product availability and the selected delivery method.

§5 Right of Withdrawal

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of the date of purchase, without providing a reason.
  2. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day the goods are received.
  3. The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer.
  4. The refund will be issued no later than 7 days after the Seller receives notification of the withdrawal and the returned product—provided the product is unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

§6 Complaints

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding purchased products.
  2. Complaints can be submitted by email or mobile phone set on the end of this page.
  3. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.

§8 Final Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
  2. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish and EU law.
