COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

The customer has the right to return an unopened and undamaged product within 30 days from the date of purchase. The cost of return is borne by the customer. The refund, i.e. the price of the product plus the cost of shipping the product to the Customer, is made within 3 business days of receiving the returned product.

The customer has the right to complain about the product. You should then contact us first by phone or email. The Customer sends the product at the Seller's expense. The refund or a new product will be sent within 3 business days after the Seller receives the complained product.
